Appointments are made in advance and are confirmed by phone, email or text prior to your visit. We strive to be on time and appreciate your punctuality. There will be no charge for rescheduling your appointment provided a 24 hour notice is given.
Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted in our office. The fees for our dental services are the same for every patient, whether or not insurance is involved. For patients with dental insurance, we will calculate what your cost will be and will collect that at the time of the treatment. For patients without dental insurance, the fee for our treatment is due at the time of treatment.
We are a preferred provider for some plans of Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, however we do accept most insurance plans as long as they have out-of-network coverage. All deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients we will submit claims to insurance companies. Patients are responsible for all fees that insurance does not cover.
Some insurance companies may base their allowances on a fee schedule that may not coincide with our office fees. We encourage our patients to educate themselves on the guidelines of their own insurance plan, as the relationship is between you and your insurance company. Dental insurance will pay a portion of your investment and we urge you to be aware of the provisions and limitations of your particular plan.
We will always make treatment recommendations based on what is best for your health and will work closely with you so that you may receive the maximum financial benefit from your insurance company.
